With winter rolling past and spring coming into full action, it is also time for the AGM. This year we will grace the shores of the Rotorua Lakes.


Venue: Blue Lake Top 10 Holiday Park, Rotorua

Date: Saturday 27th November

Time: 1200h



After the meeting we will do something together as a group - this could be the luge, drift carts or anything else that people are interested in. Some of the things will need to be pre-booked, whereas others can just be decided on the day.

Blue Lake Top 10 has different accommodation options to cater for everyone, some nice roads to get there, and some great picture opportunities.

Please add your name to the attendee list, and arrange your accommodation as for your requirements. Some people will be staying the friday night also, which allows for those that are travelling.

If you have anything you would like discussed - please PM me and I will add it to the agenda items.

Hi Guys

Just a quick update, could all those attending that wish to raise any issues please PM myself or Dayna with the details so that we can add them to the AGM agenda,this includes any nominations for any exec positions and changes, also a reminder that all voting is reserved to paid members as laid out in the club charter. PM any request for memberships forms to Dayna or myself too.

Hey guys and gals, time is passing and not long to go now before AGM :)

We will be cruising down Friday evening after work leaving Hamilton approx 7.00pm.

i wont put my name on the list. i completely forgot about this :(
ill see if i can pull some time-off-strings tomoro, might be a bit too late notice, esp with all the kidies at work taking time off for study and exams. if i do ill be coming and going on the same day possibly with partner.

Good point. Topics for the agenda has already been listed previously, if there are topics or matters that you wish to bring up, or make nominations please let a member of the exec team know and we will, look after you, the exec team is, RB-Nurse, Jazz, R33_400R, Koschak, or my self

Also from what I remember. If a paid member cannot be there, they may send a letter of proxy with someone they trust (exec member or paid member), so that their vote can be counted.

not too sure - i would imagine around the 2hour mark - give or take depending on discussions that are held. But the agenda list is quite vast :)

Hey guys
We have arrived here safe and sound - currently listening to the water outside our room :)

The park is nice and big - but be aware that all the road ways are one way.
Parking will have to be in the outside carpark by the lake.  

We will meet at the playground and BBQ area for the meeting.  
Which is located directly up the main drive/path.  There are sign posts all around the place :)

Unfortunately no cellphone reception here - so may not receive texts or calls.

Look forward to seeing you all tomorrow and meeting some new faces

yes the nomination has been discussed amoung execs, the general consensus is nominations need to be made prior or during the AGM so that the nomination can be seconded and voted on. We can't do anything this year, however the nominations can be carried forward and discussed at 2011 AGM.
