StixBNR32 how much power are you making?an what kinda clutch are/were you running?alot of the times its to do with the clutch reking the gearbox,Nismo clutches work very well on the GTR gearbox,Id settle on a GTR r33 box,If you got the money how about a OS Giken close gear Kit,and have OEM 5th gear for highways?

Double check the nistune ecu im not sure if it support E85,have you decided where you want it tuned?prob pay to ask your tuner first on what ECU they can tune on,sthitec can tune most if even all ECU's.

I would go for the N1 77mm Reimax gears its like a nismo pump for half the price,Alot of guys in canada perfer the N1 77mm,How much power are you after?380kw is fine for the stock head i wouldnt poor any money into the head for something under 380kw,just do the cam gears tomei seem be to cheap atm and a gates raceing cam belt.

For the dump pipes tomei HPI does single pipes,GTR r34 work just as well if you can source some, for the mainfold il ues the stock ones an match port it,its been proven to work well on high HP cars like ATTKD GTR R34 japan track car.

Oil pump is going to be one of the main importance in your build,eg you want alot more track days, tomei Hi flow is the best option for a bolt on pump, if you got that kinda money, remiex Do billet gear kits to replace the stock gears,so pretty much a Nismo fi flow pump for half the price,Il keep away from the N1 pumps.

Forced Induction / Head Gasket advice?
« on: January 03, 2012, 11:56:48 AM »
So your going to build this with std internals run 300kw while collecting forged parts to do another rebuild later on?If thats the case its going to cost a hole lot more,

gstr pointed out a nice sett up an still affordable.

what kinda oil pump will you be running?

General Performance / i want 350 kw on the wheels
« on: December 02, 2011, 11:34:37 PM »
Dont forget a nice twin plate clutch/a single plate wont last on a 350kw gtr

The headgasket will need to be replaced with a steal one, tomei 1.2mm,Il put in ARP studs an put in a 1.5mm oil oil restrictor while the head is out.

Stockhead/cams will be fine up to 380-400kw get yourself some cam gears, best cheap upgrade you could do.

-9/HKS GT-SS will be perfect for 300-350kw.

garrett -9 are the same as gt-ss so your save some money, but -9 dont come with actuators.

-5/hks 2530 are a good choice at 350-400kw they're actually cheaper then the -9 an do come with actuators/gaskets.

If i was you il wait for the GTX series to come out :)
