Anyone got 400r kit on a GTST pics
« on: May 15, 2002, 02:15:40 PM »
has anyone here got a 400r kit on a R33 GTS-T
as i have just had the 400r front bar put onto my canr and am thinking of gettin the rest of the kit put on sides and rear bar (will stay with stock bar atm, i wanna see what it looks like on a gts-t

I want to see if it makes it look more even (the height of the car) as the 400r bar is way lower than the rest of the stock kit ...
thanks guys

where abouts did you buy the front bar and how much was it?

i'm in the middle of working out what kit i'm going to put on my car and i'm considering the full 400R kit.

below are some pics of a full 400R kit.

that looks awesome mark.

i like how it hangs a lot lower than the standard bar.

i would eventually like to get the complete 400R kit but i know it's going to cost $$$. once i get the full get i wouldn't mind getting a new paint job too...but...by doing all this i sacrafice performance money which i don't want to do. once i've got the grunt, then i'll go all ricey with a full kit and paint job.

Jakel i recon its bout 1290 os so for the kit (not the rear wing)
then bout 600-700 to paint and fit
maybe less

I am at the stage where i want the car to look good, as it goes pretty well now as i have already spent bout 6k on front mount, plenium, suspension, boost controler and so on.

Mark0.... Good one... now andrew wants one!!! :splat:

Just remember... dont drive behind us on the M1... cause you dont wanna break that bar as well

We actually think that that tyre did some damage to our bar, cause its very loose... moves like 5mm each way

gonna have to look at that one!

Holy crap!!!
Steve, I had no idea a body kit could cost so much! How do Nismo justify that price...what i mean is...what would be the differences between theirs and a good quality "replica" ??

(besides the brand name LOL ;) )

OK the bonnet is real carbon fibre, twin rear blade is also  carbon,

Bonnet                360,000 yen
wing                    270,000 yen
skirts                   108,000 yen
Bumper (front)     266,000 yen
Bumper (rear)      180,000 yen

      Total is 1,184,000 yen  = $16,944 aus

I paid $6800 but received a large discount, the price is high but its genuine Nismo, I guess you pay for their quality, its a pretty high standard.

ps:   I also got 4 wheel flair with the order so its a full genuine 400R kit,  it suits GTR and GTS with some small mods
