Sandown last weekend
« on: July 31, 2001, 10:59:39 PM »
I was at Sandown just this weekend, I was in the
Z pits, a bit of a fifth wheel. And I got some
shots of a fantastic GT-R. This thing was fast
it flew past the rest of the cars like nothing.
is this GTR anyones here, who were at Sandown.

That white R33 in the picture, did it have 18" 'mesh' style wheels on it and monster Harrop brakes all round?

I was there Saturday but I missed out on Sunday.

I cam with my father and brother, Blue 300ZX.

The white GT-R had white rims, and yeah they
were mesh, the guy driving had blonde hair,
very short.

It ain't no GREGGTR, and the blonde guy is not short trust me! That car is owned by the owner of Race Pace Motorsport in Bayswater.
It made 325Kw @ the wheels on 1.4bar, unopened motor, and it flies!!
Its got a bigger turbo now, and bosch motorsport fuel system. The owner does all the work on my car.
You can see it at http://www.racepacemotorsport.com under RPMGTR.

Sorry, I meant short hair not short as in height.

Infact if any of you have ever played Perfect Dark
he reminded me of Mr.Blonde.

Yep,  lol, he a good friend of mine (and my mechanic which is handy), he's cool. The car is a monster though, If only I could get him to come to a SDU cruise! He doesn't like attention, or cops!

Sorry for opening my mouth.  *Crawls back into hole .......*

I was at Sandown on Saturday with GregGTR and his GTR looks exactly like the one in the photo, but it dont have white rims.  It developed some problems bout 1pm so it didn't get anymore passes.  Didn't see the other white GTR so I didn't realise there was two. Forgive me.........
