Hayden,

You should have all the information, you or Helena..I gave folders of information to pass on when i resigned and there was a massive pamphlet with all the information.  It doesnt cost per car, the stands are usually free for the club stands as they like the clubs being involved in this show.

I CC'd Helena into an email that I was discussing with a guy called Richard in regards to the show.  Helena, can you pass this email on so others can organise this event..

Cheers

Bren give us a call when you geta moment anyway dude.  If you are keen to get in there and we can get the helpers theer is nothing stopping us if it isn't going to cost to get in there on display.  If the costs are minimal that's not a show stopper anyway.  We'll need peeps who can offer some help on the day I would guess to keep an eye on the cars during the display.  I myself won't be able to help out all of that weekend, but I will pledge my help on one of the days in full anyway.  Sounds like Rachel might be available to help that weekend or where required.  Do you want to run with it?  If so as I've said we'll back you.......  If we opt for the marque down there, we will need some van or way of transporting it as the boxes are quite long.  Longish trailer might work, if someone has that, I have a car that can tow it down and back on setup and pack down dates in addition to my day of manning the stand.

Guys if people want to move on this and orgaise it, it really needs to get moving soon as deadlines are going to start lapsing for getting space at the venue.......

its a great show! we all had a pretty good time there last time! :D

what about making it for the saturday... all we need to do is get some people, and go early in the morning, park up what ever, then go later that night.

Its a shocker of a plan, but it could work!? ;);)

Sadly enough Hayden & I havent had enough interest from members for this to go ahead :(

Big thanks to Rachael & Jizmo for their offers of cars and their time for this show.As Rocky just said it was great fun last time and its disapointing to miss out this time around, but last weekend was the deadline & we just didnt have the numbers or interest.

Nevermind,upwards & onwards towards Autosalon :)
