"Drag Racing Sunday - open to all entries"

Does this mean that I can bring our little Mitsi drag car along with my GTR to drag race?

Hi Guys
Numbers for cars on the track are limited to a maximum of 96 & we have around 20 spots filled already.
We will be advertising on The Rock radio station shortly & fliers will be about Nissan dealerships etc - don't leave booking till late or you will miss out.

Yes Sunday is open to all makes as the Datsun Zed club are running the actual drag racing & this is what they have decided, yes you can bring your Mitsi if you like :)

A few more spots have sold & they are starting to go fairly quickly, we have advertising going out via magazines etc very soon.

The skid pad is under construction & we will soon be looking for entries to use that, will most likely run it dry at the start of the day for burnouts & drifting etc then run the water in the arvo for car control etc.

Listed on facebook as an event so you can RSVP via that if you wish (you will still need to enter officially to go on the track).

I'm keen to bring the rally weapon along. Something a bit different, no turbo, 6 throttles and runs on gravel. Keen to bolt on the semi's and run aroung Hampton downs finally.
Is the trackday portion run by Playday?

Hey mate
Yes the track action is being taken care of by playday, they are running it on our behalf but you must NOT pay playday directly.

Please pay $90 to Westpac account  03 1557 0452260 - 000

Then email info@nizfest.co.nz & provide the following information:
Name
Make of car (Nissan or Datsun ONLY or powered by)
year
model
rego number
cell ph number

Let us know if you would like an afternoon or morning session.

We will reply with a confirmation email once the funds show in the account.

Thanks
Glenn.

Nizfest will be far more interesting & action packed than power cruise & Nizfest costs considerably less, all profits go to charity & it's run by Kiwis for Kiwis :)

Over the next few days there will be a number of extra pages added to the website with the format for the days etc.

There will be a $ prize for the club that puts on the best static display, this money is to go towards that clubs next big event/trackday etc.

More sponsors are coming on board & the prize cupboard is getting very full & very exciting.   See our website for a current list of sponsors.

Nine weeks to go!!!   get those registrations in before spots run out guys!!
