Help!! Front Pulley?

Hi Guys,
Doing Timing after changing head gasket on my RB20DET.
Dont Want the pistons hitting the valves. so i want to take my front pulley off to see the marks.
BUT. I cant get the pulley off whatsoever. i dont have a puller. any idea's?

here, they may not be the best options, but for the price of them why risk a repeat of yesterdays " help me do this" followed shortly thereafter by " ZOMG I BROKE IT"

dont get a puller with legs you can damage the casting.

This is what i have and you use 2 bolts and washers in the front of the crank pully and it pulls it off with NO damage, i ahve had mine off a few times now :)

but the intention is the same, buy the damned tool, theyre not expensived but replacing another part because of a rangi solution is

Can get them off with a little heat and a hammer, but you will need to buy a gas plant for that! Plus I would recomend about 45 years experiance as a mechanic before trying that option.
Just buy the puller, you will find heaps of uses for it once you have it.
