Hey guys,

For those who don't know me im Chris Wall the new tuner at STM (Speedtech Motorsport) based in Lower Hutt.

I decided it was time to hit the forums and see what some of you guys are driving and your current projects that you have on the go.

I'm also going to be contributing to the Technical discussions and writing some short tech articles on some common problems or tips and also share some of my experiences that might help you guys out.

Also if you have any question's or would like to learn about certain aspects of engine tuning, diagnostics, electrical etc then let me know. I will try and answer all you questions and it will give me some ideas for posts.

About myself and what i drive.
I'm 26 and have been into performance cars for most of my life. I was born and breed in Dunedin where I worked for 7 years as a mechanic and did my apprenticeship. On the side I use to do a fair bit of performance modification including fabrication, ECU wiring and tuning. My passion grew and so did my desire to learn more about what makes an engine "tick" and how to get great results while maintaing reliability.
Late last year I saw the job advertised at STM for a new tuner and naturally I applied. I  got the job. Starting in January this year my partner (Jess) and I made the move up to Wellington and we haven't looked back.

I own a R32 GTR and a 4AGTE KP60 Starlet.
My GTR came here with a 3.5" exhaust and running 14psi which I have dyno'd at 227kw, since then I have fitted a Link G4 plug n' play ECU and decent air filters.  I've managed to get 314kw atw on the standard turbos and keeping them within 16psi.

Hope that gives you an idea of who I am and what I'm about. I look forward to chatting and meeting you guys in the future.
