Not going to be cheap unfortunately mate.

People pay a fair amount for R34 parts. And i'll be more likely selling as a complete interior set (door cards, Front + rear seats).

And yes cefliner, that is including removal.

We'll see mate. I haven't even got the car back yet nor will I till next week.

Coupled that insurance probably won't pay out till for a month, things will not be moving fast :(

Are you planning to buy the wreck back? Insurance company will normally let you have first option before it goes to auction - ask them for a price - they will just deduct it from your payout.

Glad to hear you recovered the vehicle, completely gutted about the condition it was in, especially those rims! Are they written off? :(

Recover the car for sure mate, wrecked R34's are indeed rare, and people are always looking for parts for the R34 and they fetch a premium, you will be able to recover a fair bit of money from parting the car out.

Put me down as genuinely interested in the full interior set, front seats + back seats + door cards. Please send me a PM when you can get pictures of them, and what price you are wanting for the set. My R34 25GT-V (It's the high spec non-turbo that came with all the GT-T features minus the turbo) has really badly stained seats, drivers seat also has a rip, those GT-T style seats are bad for getting water stains and the previous owner was not careful at all, no amount of rug doctor seems to remove them either :(

I was reading some of your how to posts on cleaning up the R34 head lights covers, you should hit the forums again dude, we need more R34 owners around here that I can ask questions :D

It is very tempting, I'm presuming the manual conversion was done with a GT-T gearbox? Cause that would tempt me even more!

Yeah I'll just gut his entire car and transplant it into mine :D

Anyhow, it's still a bit early for the vultures to be circling his car, and I will go back to respectfully mourning your loss. I asked my girlfriend, I think I had randomly driven past this car twice out west in the past few months, having recently brought a R34 sedan I was very aware of others and remember the plate :(

Westybob, yes I will discuss with the insurance about buying it back. As I know I can fetch a lot for the parts.

Sectiplave, I will have to see the interior first to see if the f*ckwit ruined anything. If it is as I left it, it will be in prestine condition.

And yes you would have seen my car. I drive my car unlike most people who keep them in garages.

Unfortunately, it's situations like this that make me over cars. My next car will hopefully be a VE SV6 commodore

Yeah all good man, take your time, hopefully the insurance company is stupid and give you the crashed car back for cheap.
