Looking at a GT370 Crossover.. But. Japanese Stereo...
« on: November 01, 2014, 02:28:12 PM »
I have done some research and found a couple of guides to using the Japanese unit but the salesperson said he though that there had been some recent news of someone able to reprogram the unit to English (although it wouldn't enable non Japanese nav function)

I have seen this thread... http://forums.nicoclub.com/japanese-centre-console-t509840.html but no clear outcome.

The unit in the cars I am interested in looks like this:

Would love to knowhttp://www.skylinesdownunder.co.nz/forums/Themes/concept/images/bbc/img.gif if there's any real alternative that doesn't involve giving Nissan $7000+ or learning Japanese.

Edit... Found this photo on Ebay for a 370GT in Australia that has the Japanese buttons but clearly has an Australian map!!! (as attachment)

I wouldn't kill for this, but it would make me buy the car :-)

Cheers - Neil G
