We had to stop at around 5500RPM as boost was getting out of control at that point, and the engine was running a factory head gasket.
Soichi thought it would have made 300 at 0.8bar if it had been able to hold boost though.

Nice. Do it use sinco mani?
Thinking bout buying tomei head and arp studs. Might ask Soichi to check out how the other parts are doing at the same time
I try to ask Soichi these questions but every time I pop over he's by he's middle of a dyno sesh or sth!
Thanks

That was on a Sinco exhaust/ Greddy intake.
It had a 40mm wastegate at the time which caused the boost issues. I changed that to a 44mm but it still had a small amount of boost creep.
Once the bigger exhaust housing went on it was perfect at 0.8bar though.

Genuine. I got it with fuel rail/ injectors/ throttle body through a mate, so no idea on price.
I think you are looking at around $1500 for them at the moment though.
The 25 that is currently in my car has a knockoff one in it (came with it, I would never buy one), but it ended up costing about the same as a genuine one anyway as there were hours put into port matching to make it good enough, but even still, it's a poorly constructed piece of shit.
Once I have finished modifying my Greddy one and install it, I'll take some side by side pictures to give you an idea on the difference.
