replacing the 60mm wastegate with 2 38mm tials  .am looking for the best way to plumb hosing using my existing electric boost controller or do I look at something like a dual controller

Are you aware that 2x 38mm wastegates will be a lot less than 1x60mm?
You'll need a pair of 44's to have the same size.
I have mine done the same as normal, but have added y connectors into the 2 lines to the wastegate.

twin 38's will have a smaller surface area than a single 60, so depending on power you are chasing consider 44's. any way, heres how mine are done.
