Nissan FAST on Win7
« on: February 28, 2016, 05:28:04 PM »
Hi all,
Anyone running Nissan FAST on Windows 7? I think mine is Home edition 64bit and can't get it to work - tried compatibility mode and still comes up with an error message...

I had the same problem. I think you need Win 98 but I never got around to setting it up.

I had it running on XP before and worked well - didn't have to fiddle with compatibility mode either, IIRC.

do you set the compatibility mode to xp on "setup.exe" and install it?
i did that and it gave me an error message such and such exe file is not compatible and so on - so i change the compatibility mode of that file to xp and still didnt work.

Do you need part numbers? Or I have an S15 service manual including diff section 37kb if you want me to try to email it to you. BTW you want the Helical LSD not the viscous one.

I do have a copy of S15 manual.
Yeah I'm after part numbers for seals and gaskets - and possibly bearings.
I have S15 helical diff centre which I'll swap in.
Cheers
Sam
